In response to demand for local meats, Wholesome Foods expands USDA-inspected meat processing facility RICHMOND, VA - Governor Glenn Youngkin announced today that family-owned and operated Wholesome Foods, Inc. will expand its meat processing operation by adding a new, USDA-inspected slaughter facility to its Shenandoah County location. 2021 Salvation Army Angel Tree Program A Huge Success!
Wholesome Foods participated in the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program for the 5th year. The Salvation Army provided us with the names of children that needed gifts for Christmas. The Salvation Army’s recommendation is that each child receive 1 new outfit and 1 new toy for Christmas. Many people did more than was suggested.
