Wholesome Foods values food safety at every step, from farm to plate. We operate fully USDA-inspected facilities and maintain the highest standards for ourselves as well as others we work with.
Our HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), include specifications and processes for quality control, and assures proper handling of all products in both processing and distribution. This includes USDA testing and monitoring, administered by fully accredited employees who work closely with the USDA to assure that all parameters are met. Second party food safety audits are conducted annually.
We encourage consumers to followed proper handling, storage and preparation of Wholesome Food’s food products. The Food and Drug Administration website is a resource for these guidelines.
