Resolution for Dedication
WHEREAS, Roy Junior Barb has demonstrated exceptional dedication during his career at Wholesome Foods, Inc., significantly impacting the success and longevity of the company; and WHEREAS, his unwavering commitment to good work ethic and customer service has inspired and benefited countless individuals, and set the bar high for those to come after; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to recognize and honor Roy Junior Barb for his dedication, service, and contributions to Wholesome Foods, Inc,:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on this day October 11, 2025 Wholesome Companies hereby dedicates “The Roy Junior Barb Pavilion” in honor of Roy Junior Barb, as a lasting tribute to his legacy and impact; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be entered into the official records of Wholesome Companies as a testament to the gratitude and respect held for Roy Junior Barb and all of the dedicated employees who made the company what it is today.
